Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze how the novel A vista particular, by Ricardo Lísias, interrogates its own belonging to the contemporary. Thus, the uncertainty surrounding the value of contemporary art that the novel promotes is analyzed, starting from a living work which is imagined as a prototype of the same.
