Los mantos Alpujárrides al Sur de Sierra Nevada (zona bética, provincia de Granada)

Abstract
The alouiarrid units southwards Sierra Nevada have been recentl; surveyed by the author. After detailed map- ping four distinct nappes have been individualized. They are thrusted over the Lújar-nappe and the Sierra Nevada complex. A brief account of the stratigraphic and petrological features of those nappes is given. An attempt on the relative chronology of metamorphism events is presented.
