Being the task of the University teacher training of future professionals that require a series of competencies, in the right learning we find as a critical piece of the study of jurisprudence. Through the analysis of the case-law the law student can get a self-paced guided by the teacher, the development of legal thought and thereby the ability of logical reasoning. The jurisprudence is a resource that has been being used as a teaching tool in practical classes based either in the case or in the own jurisprudence. Although, though the project of educational innovation that has granted the Vice-Rectorate of Faculty of the University of the Balearic Islands we have tried to give and important and special role not to be a simple complement to the theoretical knowledge, but a source of knowledge.Downloads
