Abstract

This article analyzes the impact that the foreign migrations have in the configuration of the urban territory of Roquetas de Mar. We use the factorial ecology for two dates 1991 and 2001. The variables chosen are similar to those used in the international and national literature. The results demonstrate, on the one hand, that in both dates four axes of residential differentiation are isolated. And on the other hand, the progressive arrival of immigrants leads to a process of residential segregation every time more remarkable.
