Abstract

In november 2006 the III Congress Online of the Observatorio para la Cibersociedad (Observatory for Cybersociety) will take place. In this event working groups and participants will discuss, under multiple points of view, the new challenges of the information society. The congress aims to create a wide base of knowledge and an intense debate, besides of serving as an online relational experience.
