Open knowledge, free society: 3rd Online Congress - Observatory for Cibersociety
Abstract
In november 2006 the III Congress Online of the Observatorio para la Cibersociedad (Observatory for Cybersociety) will take place. In this event working groups and participants will discuss, under multiple points of view, the new challenges of the information society.
