Abstract

Memories of a Peasant Boy (1961) by Xosé Neira Vilas, one of the mosttranslated Galicia works, has been analysed in this paper to ascertain thevalues attained in its different versions. The corpus of the translations and the dissemination mechanisms used abroad for Galician literature arealso covered.
