In spite of muny efforts, as the twenty-first century begins women are still excluded from the Social Contract. The psychology of humans is inexorably linked with their mentality, intelligence and behaviouc in both private andpublic spheres, in their subjective and objective relationship with the worldthat evolves through their interaction. Obviously, then, the sociocultural and historical phenomenon of exclusion has consequences for individuals. This study also deals with exclusion in studies in the discipline of psychology, and its repercussions in areas such as language, education, economics and motherhood. There is a reference to the male gender ut the end. The subject urea is vast and the analysis presented here is, of necessity, a summary.
