Abstract

In this paper, narrative is understood as a mode of thinking, as a
way of creating, interpreting meaning. Briefly, we understand narrative as mediated action. Following Bruner (1996), narrative allows us to make sense of and organize our experiences and the meanings shared with other individuals in our social and cultural context. This theoretical framework is reflected in un empirical study of asymmetric interactions of un instructional nature in a story-building task in adult education.
