Presentation, analysis and objectives of a project developed by the cork industrial Martín Montaner Coris of a private pension fund, financed entirely by himself, to cover the economic needs of his workers due to illness or retirement. The objective was to prevent the interference of unions outside their factories and to try to solve the problems internally, a solution that we consider paternalistic.
