Bases ultrastructurales de la synthèse de l’ARN ribosomal dans les noyaux de la glande parotide. Rôle des corps intranucléaires
Résumé
Notre étude ultrastructurale de la glande parotide du rat nous a révélé une fréquence élevée de corps intranucléaires aussi bien dans les cellules des acini que dans celles des canaux striés.
Leur présence est habituellement mise en rapport avec l’activité métabolique de la cellule, et plus particulièrement avec une maturation de l’ARN ribosomal.
Leur nombre important dans les noyaux des cellules des canaux striés met l’accent sur le dynamisme de ces dernières.
