About the Journal
Focus and Scope
e- artDocuments is a scientific magazine digitally created in 2009 by the Research Group «Treasures, art dealers and collections: The artistic dialogue between Spain and America, 1850-1950» in the Department of Art History at the University of Barcelona.
e-artDocuments is a biannual publication that aims to publish monographs, unpublished, prepared by experts and researchers in the field of collecting art, exhibitions and other aspects related to the world of art trade and its broadcasting associations such as artistic expositions and the figure of dealers and gallery owners.This editorial project aims to become a platform for stimulating research, innovation and knowledge transfer by promoting research in the field of art collecting, with a look that crosses borders to reach the American continent.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its contents based on the principle that the making research available to the public free of charge promotes the global exchange of knowledge.
