Discriminación auditiva de una lengua extranjera: el factor edad

Abstract

The aim of my research has been to observe how age influences on the auditive discrimination of sounds in a foreign language. I have carried out a study with a hundred and twenty students aged between six and forteen years old. The findings of my research show that audio-perceptive abilities to perceive phonemic contrasts in a foreign language develop with age.
