Some ethical-philosophical concepts are analyzed in the works of the Argentinean philosopher based in Mexico, Enrique Dussel. In particular, this article seeks in the first place to offer a very brief characterization of the central thematic points of a philosophy of Latin American liberation, with special attention to the issues of the growing poverty of the majority Latin American population and the validity of a dependent capitalism that transfers value to central capitalism. The second part of my work intends to go into greater detail in those parts of the works that are thematically relevant for the treatment of marginalization and exclusion in the fundamental situation of dependence of the South with respect to the North, created by the colonial expansion of Europe. , which has not been modified essentially until today and which refers us, for example: to the "coloniality of power" syndrome. In a third part, finally, I will try to provide some suggestions of all this for a possible continuation of the North-South dialogue that allows us to solve the classic Dusselian thesis that approximately 75% of human beings, precisely those masses that do not belong to the Elites adapted from the "third world" are practically excluded from all intersubjective dialogue.
