From Speech to Perceptions of Engineering Students in The Matter of Gender

The participation of women in the different spheres of human activity, as well as the obstacles and challenges that affect her, have been objects of studies of various projects and works. This article dives into some of the subjects related to the role of the woman in the modern society and demonstrates the lack of coherence between what is said and the reality to which women are exposed. A descriptive approach is used in this article; it provides personal reflections of the authors and criteria of women studying in the engineering field regarding their perception in matters of gender equality.Downloads
