Abstract

The becoming of the political system organizational processes is linked tothe expression of the complexities of capitalist society, demonstrating the existence and coexistence of different models of political linkage between the state and society.  These processes,  whose central objective is the legitimation of the democratic representative order, have  found in the educational system the appropriate channel to institutionalize States hegemony.In this context, this paper  invites us to reflect about the guidelines andprospects of higher education, as a space of political system socialization through learning of ethics and citizenship.
