Abstract

Enfance is Nathalie Sarraute work that depicts how an author can cross the hues of dream and fiction in a story that purports to be autobiographical. The reader is thus encountered with a highly composed game where sarrautian fiction, classical autobiography and the singular use of narrative voices are interwoven harmoniously to a point that leads us to question the nature and identity of even literary genres.
