Abstract

This article analyzes film scenes of reading in which new Argentine cinema addresses its conflictual link with the years of political activism and the military dictatorship. It proposes a characterization of the relationship between literary imaginary and revolutionary ideals in the seventies starting from Martin Kohan's novel Museo de la revolución (2006). It next analyzes the different ways in which the films Los rubios (2003), by Albertina Carri, and M (2007), by Nicolás Prividera, resignify literary remains of the revolutionary past.
