Abstract

This article presents the relationship between the gaze and corporeality in the works of three 21st century Catalan poets. The text focuses on the links with affect, the role of social media and the digital world, the exploitation of bodies, desire and the creation of identities. These elements make it possible to formulate an interpretive framework for the texts and relate them to the main preponderant theoretical questions of the period, as well as to offer an x-ray of these three important figures and a reflection on the current moment, consolidation and continuity of these topics in Catalan poetry, which is increasingly enriched with new voices and with more diverse styles, proposals and approaches that continue to increase.
