Fortalecer el Estado y unificar el territorio. Organización y gobierno del Territorio Nacional de la Pampa, Argentina a fines del siglo XIX
Abstract
The incursión at the end of XIX century of the Argentinian nacional army in the lands of the inside frontiers of the country promoted the creation of the thereafter called Territorios Nacionales. In this paper, I analyze the difficulties of to establish a government system in this extraprovincial areas during the period of consolidation of the Argentinian State. The study of a area considered marginal, such as the Territorio Nacional de La Pampa which was incorporated to the national scheme in 1884 by the law 1532, allows to put on relevance the difficulties of the State to reinforce its presence in these regions.
