This article is framed into a set of studies that analyze Peronismo in provinces of Argentina. It aims to examine the Plan Cuadrienal de Obras Públicas developed during the administration of Alberto Iturbe, fi rst Peronista governor of Jujuy. The attention is payed to the characteristics of Plan Cuadrienal, its precedents, the participation of Iturbe —not only in its implementation but also in its design—, as well as similar lines and particularities of this program related to the Plan Trienal of Domingo Mercante, Buenos Aires governor.Downloads
