The inequalities that presented in the Mexico-Guatemala border aredue to the presence of different social groups involved in different ways in this territory and where the condition of national or foreign (viewed from each of the countries) is an element that allows you hoard up opportunities in different ways in each side of the national demarcation line. Although that the border between Mexico and Guatemala have increased permeability, there is differential access to goods from the national condition of inhabitants and villages: This will be show to the light of the Tziscao and el Quetzal case.
