The article proposes an analysis of the conversations produced by Hebe Bonafini, as being the key spokesperson of the Madres de Plaza de Mayo (Linea Bonafini), and his/her connection to the concept of memory from the last dictatorship until present time. This same concept would be implicit within the recognition of the crimes against humanity connected with their past, observing how they have acquired a redefining progressive along side the «new fight» during three decades, as adopted by the Madres. Through detailed analysis of selected conversations, this article reflects upon the gradual emergence of the unprecedented concept of memory «fertile memory» that lends consideration of the Madres as transmitters of the «exemplar use» of memory.
