ON CALLED “CRIMINAL COMPLIANCE”
Abstract
In this essay, the author analyses meticulously the so called “criminal compliance”. With this purpose in mind, the jurist tries to approach to the essential characteristics of the institution and to determine his relevancy in the area of criminal law. After that, he studies punctual aspects of the topic, such as his object, the program that institutes the compliance and the criminal compliance officer. The writer does not stop doing any references on the problem of criminal responsibility of the legal persons. To finish, he proposes a few concluding remarks.
