· INCONGRUENCIES I PERVERSIONS DE LA EXECUCIÓ PENAL (Raons estructurals i senseraons ideològiques)
Abstract
El presente texto fue presentado como una contribución al Simposio convocado por el instituto de estudios de la Fiscalía Federal de los Estados Unidos de Brasil, al cual fue invitado su Autor. Sus contenidos están principalmente dedicados a analizar las tareas a las que deben dedicarse esos oficiales públicos cuando ellas están específicamente concentradas en las actividades carcelarias. En tal sentido son tomadas en consideración las diferencias que puedan distinguir las actividades semejantes en el Reino Unido, en Italia, en España (en particular en la Comunidad Autónoma de Catalunya) con las de Brasil cuando ellas se generan en las características más salientes de sus respectivos sistemas penitenciarios. Partiendo de tales diferencias el texto introduce en una discusión teórica acerca de la naturaleza que invisten hoy las cárceles y cuáles son los principales rasgos que permiten una clasificación de tales instituciones en el presente.Downloads
