Abstract

Després d'un repàs històric sobre tracte rebut pels menors (especialment els “infractors”), i dels diferents models institucionals al respecte, es qüestiona en aquest article que realment s'hagi assumit conceptualment l'important canvi del model tutelar pel de responsabilitat, a través d'alguns exemples de la praxi habitual.
