“Introducción” a Criminología, civilización y nuevo orden mundial, de Wayne Morrison.
Abstract
After reading carefully the book of Morrison, and facing his relative pessimism about an eventual global criminology, we believe that from the margins of world power, starting from a purely etiological thesis and with more than fifty years of respectable antiquity, we can overcome the greatest internal difficulty that presents contemporary criminology to perform conversion to global criminology, while recognizing the existence of external constraints or power.
