Protegernos de los jóvenes
Abstract
Se plantea en este artículo si existe la necesidad de una jurisdicción penal especial de menores cuando de lo que se trata, realmente, es de proteger al menor y no tanto protegernos de él, constatando asimismo que actualmente prima esa defensa respecto al menor como lo prueba, entre otros elementos, la utilización del instrumento SAVRY para la evaluación del riesgo de reincidencia.
