Control neoliberal en Chile: coreografías del poder.
Abstract
Desde el 11 de septiembre de 1973 Chile se convirtió en uno de los más importantes laboratorios del neoliberalismo a nivel mundial, este artículo aborda el modo en que a partir de este acontecimiento se produjo una alianza entre el poder de fuego y el poder económico-intelectual, desde donde emergieron formas específicas de control de la población, integrando el miedo, la (in)seguridad, la seducción y el consumo. Por otra parte, el texto indaga el incremento de estos mecanismos durante los 30 años de democracia, a partir de la intensificación de una subjetividad neoliberal; tecnologías que se ven reforzadas por el ámbito del derecho desde un cuerpo legal tendiente a la criminalización del disenso político. Con el desborde insurreccional de octubre de 2019, dichas formas de control han sido remecidas, lo que nos llama a preguntarnos por los modos de recomposición del poder en este contexto.
