El fenómeno social del delito en el Neoliberalismo
Abstract
Un honor para mí participar de estos dos homenajes: a Roberto Bergalli y al Observatorio del Sistema Penal y los Derechos Humanos de la Universidad de Barcelona que dirige Iñaki Rivera; es muy reconfortante celebrar estos 20 años de lucha incansable por desnaturalizar el sistema carcelario, denunciar la violación inhumana de derechos y develar su sordidez e innecesaria crueldad. Gracias Iñaki, Encarna y a todo el equipo del Observatorio del Sistema Penal y Derechos Humanos, en especial a su trabajos sobre el sistema carcelario.
