Infirmitas sexus. Women in the criminal imaginary
Conference held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona on November 29, 2012
Abstract
The problem of equality and the rights linked to it seems to have settled today, in a new way, at the center of a broad debate. Many of the claims that have been raised deal with, on the one hand, the general meaning of citizenship and the possibilities of action offered to subjects regarded as "weak". On the other hand, they also point to the conflicts created by the emergence of such groups and the responses that have been given to them.
