La crítica de Alessandro Baratta a la ideología de la defensa social
Abstract
This article reasume the sociological discussion on ideology from the analysis of the thought of Alessandro Baratta. The critique to the ideology of social defense was the topic of their publications that revolve around the mid 70's until the early 80 's. This article is divided in two parts. In the first, we will review the demystification of the concept of criminal and criminality which carries out Baratta through his critique of the ideology of social defense. In the second part, we will review the criticism directed at Baratta and his magazine La Questione Criminale by adopting the point of view of the working class.
