Resum

The great companies have constituted the main organization agents of the territory, imposing its norms and strategies for the production, and reorganizing like this the dynamics of the places. The Embraer, brazilian producing of airplanes, serves as example of this process, where we can stand out the installation of a new productive unit of the company in the municipality district of Gavião Peixoto, SP, Brazil. With the installation of this new unit, the Embraer falls back upon the public power to adapt the territory locally for the production; it generates a new dynamics of the actions in the city. The public politics returns to supply the necessities of the company, promoting a corporate use of the territory, and reorganize great part of the actions in the municipal district, transforming the daily from the place.
