Abstract

Gradually, the main spaces of the European cities have lost complexity, they have been manipulated to create spaces focused on an easy and instantaneous consumption for the tourist, places in which the local culture is embalmed to be displayed in a guided tour format or souvenir, offering in them all the services that the global tourist expects to find.
