This is why, IHRM, in its inter-“national” dimension, is also assumed to be inter-“cultural.” It goes without saying that, from a socio-historical perspective, to relate national states with cultural differences, and the latter with differences in the behavior of individuals, requires abundant justification which most works, namely American, have contributed to generate.
