Abstract

This study aims at understanding the importante of the circulation routes in the territorial configuration of the XVII century Brazil Colony, when diamond and gold mines were discovered and explored. Such routes were called Real Roads which were enriched with a range of diversified instruments of checking as well as of supplying so as to reach its objectives of draining and controlling the precious metals and other products.
