A Generality Characterization of the Trial of Development of the Southwest of the Paraná - Brazil

Abstract

The Brazilian development became a determinant factor in the organization of the space it leave, especially, of the decade of 1940, when the industrialization grew very with the installation, mainly, of many foreign companies in the territory. In this context, the present article is going to present a general characterization of the trial of development of the Southwest of the Paraná - Brazil. We seek, in this reflection, it show the genesis of the main regional urban centers, as also, characterize, in general, the main nuances that occurred in the historical development of the region. Metodologicamente we utilize the facts of the Demographic Censuses of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistical (IBGE), of the years of 1960, 1970, 1980, 1991, 2000, and to population Tally of 1996, as parameter for the analysis.
