Abstract

In the context of the rise of new technological standards, from the dynamics of reproduction of the capital, it is possible to understand the reorganization of the productive lands that have been arising in the areas of expansion of modern agriculture in the cerrado of Mato Grosso State, as well as the new emerging labor relations. The objective is to point out the implications of innovation on the changes of the work force characteristics in respect to the new structures of salaried work and to the new forms of subordination. Our intention is to produce literature that goes beyond the material level, showing how the technical level changes the senses and possibilities of people, suggesting proposals and alternatives that involve the revalorization of the small familiar production and the qualification of the work force.
