Abstract

The work exposes the effects generated from the diffusion of new technologies of insumos and processes with its agents and forms of commercialization, in an agrarian and eminently marginal region where the small traditional familiar agriculture predominated. And for this problematic one, which it is common to the regional economies, understood like the set of spaces of peripheral insertion, smaller level of development relative and an historical behavior subordinated to the policies and seated dominant processes in the "center" of the country, it proposes a set of concrete measures which they aim to coherently solve the difficulties of inclusion and integration of these still majority sectors, in the new adopted and spread productive modalities from the Pampan central area, in the last decade. The geographic approach of the problem allows to contribute an intermediate solution, that aims to fortify the capacity of answer of the regional dimension, understanding that it is precise to connect itself with the global processes, but with a degree of relative autonomy that allows to find the form equilibradamente to solve the relation between both scales.
