Economical reorganization, public power and social development: possibilities of disputes and of resetting of the power in the territoty

Abstract

The actions and politics that guide the relationand forms of domination of the territory are each time more influenced by the new technological standards and innovations in the productive structure. It is established, in this context, a new field of social disputes where they evidence renewed strategies of the differents corporative capitals and the other subjects that act in the organization of the territory. For the capital, where before it interested the domain of the territory, today its instrumental use from commands originated in some scales predominates. For they that act in the perspective of transformation in the structures, relations and processes economical, political and cultural, with sights towards bases worthiest for the social life, the control of the public politics, manifest in the different instruments of planning and projects of development, must be disputed in the prespective of a shared management of the territory.
