Urban and Rustic Real Territorial Cadastre in Spain

Abstract

To study the territorial property we have analyzed the degree of cadastral wealth and the degree of concentration of property, both urban and rustic, because both spaces are in connection. It has been taken as a source of study the actual Real Cadastre, prepared by the General Direction of Cadastre, being aware of the problems it presents for the variables used (provincial capitals, towns with more than 50.000 inhabitants, and the total provincial of urban and rustic) unable to extend it to the two autonomous communities with another econonomic regime; and the necessary updating of the source in all the Spanish municipalities.
