Abstract

The coastal edge of Greater Valparaiso is under strong pressure from real estate to be a space whose scope covers the central region and especially the city of Santiago. Processes are observed in areas with intensive high value of the natural environment and deterioration in areas of cultural heritage that should draw the attention of decision makers in the community.
