Local and regional heritages in late construction of national states in the Andean-Amazonian countries of South America

The national question is being invoked with particular force from different sectors of academia worldwide and is one of the most important aspects present in the geographical literature, in this case referring to the political geography.The overall stress-regional-national-local, highlights the need to assume an understanding of the logic of the exercise of power, but also reveals the presence of elements that underlie the current territorial configurations, forcing dig inside of the historicity of geohistorical processes thereof.
The text of the article focuses on three critical aspects, taking as reference the territorial configuration of Amazonian Andean countries of South America (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia): the first, related to the inheritance of a territorial configuration, accumulating elements societies both ancient indigenous and colonial society that lasted over three centuries and who commands since sociospatial structure subcontinental level, the second related to the United Nation unfinished condition, undergoing aggressive forces, inexorable and determinants of capitalist modernization and globalization, and the third related to the stresses that these states are subject unfinished Nation by globalizing currents since tampering empires, firstly the disintegration of these, but on the other, simultaneously hinder continental integration processes.
