Abstract

The research on sociodigital inclusion in Andalusia (Spain) has revealed the existence of different skills and rhythms in the process of joining the information society. The digital divide, produced among users of information and communication technologies and others less likely to use these social interaction tools, is a reality aimed to be counteracted by the regional administration through a regional network of dynamization and Internet public access centres linked to the Guadalinfo integrative strategy. Specifically, we examined the conformational process of this network and its strategic implementation, checking the degree of socioterritorial equity produced, as well as some impacts arising from its application and certain potentialities identified by its users. The conclusions obtained allow the public authorities to improve the management and effectiveness to reduce the sociodigital inequity.
