Abstract

The Common Agricultural Policy is in a process of constant transformation since its initial configuration to the current reform implemented in 2003. This process has been determined, especially since 1992, both because of international pressure and negotiations for the successive enlargements of the European Union. Despite the short time that has elapsed since the last, is imminent a new amendment one that is developing at the moment and ending designing an agriculture policy very different from the current one.
