The spatial grouping of homes with similar attributes partner - económico-culturales sends to the socio-economic residential segregation if of it it turns out to be the conformation of urban residential very homogeneous areas depending on the above mentioned characteristics and with a little degree of heterogeneity with the rest of the surrounding areas. If in this configuration spatial partner the dynamics mires are characterized by marked differentiations between his inhabitants by scanty spaces of plural interaction we are in presence of the phenomenon of segregation. The spaces segregated of poverty with escazas possibilities of plural relations are dwarfing the circle of labor, educational and sociocultural opportunities generating circles of poverty with gradual impoverishment of the share and community capitals. These dynamics mires are founded on the social representations or "symbolic individual or collective constructions that the subjects create to interpret the world, to think about his own situation and her of the others … " (Vasilachis, 2003) The formulation and analysis of the public policies does not contemplate generally this dimension of analysis of a specific way existing in many cases the deepening of phenomena of segregation from certain public actions.Downloads
