Abstract

The central area of the city of Santiago has been facing growing pressure on land, which has crossed its residential and commercial function. They also lived in an intense private university location, building and fostering bohemian neighborhoods of migrants from neighboring countries, which have become markedly the urban fabric. All these activities require modifying the urban fabric of a clear direction of the agents involved to avoid effects on the city and its inhabitants.
