Abstract

This paper aims to propose references for accomplishing work qualification, and also to reflect on the unfoldings of the productive re-structuring of the capital for the trade union movement. Our priority is to extend the inter communication geyond Geography, aiming to understand the modern world, from its continuty and discontinuity. Therefore, the reflection on the situation assumes the contemplation of the relationships that are fundamental for the educacional issues for work, mainly at the moment the State introduces itself, through FAT and PLANFOR, S system’s institutions, ONG’s, trade union entities, etc. This allows us to discuss the insertion of trade unionism into the work qualification field, as well as the new forms of work union and training, in relation to the new instruments of domination set gy the dominant classes and their unfoldings for the trade union movement.
