The environmental prospects of industrial pimes: an approach from the perspective of gerency and syndicalism in the Western Vallès Region

Abstract

The lecture will present the main conclusions draws from two studies which have been carried out in the framework of common initiative: Pacte Terrirorial per l’Ocupació al Vallès Occidental (an area agreement to promote employment in Vallès Occidental). These two studies deal with the environmental needs of medium-sized and small companies in this region. Both studies are therefore premised on the comparison between employers and employees’ prospects about environment.
