Abstract

The globalization seems to be a totalizing process that suddenly appears in the society with the technological innovations of the last two decades and that some present like able to digest all the spaces to all the scales. However, here we seek to question that concept of globalization- like an only process or like the central sub-system of a complex process - and it equally is sustained that not everything the new they are innovations, like not everything the World cup is globalizated, not all that it extend to deepen to local scale. In this work is exposed the conception and application of a simple method rehearsed with the pretense of detecting the depth of the impacts owed to the technological innovation of world diffusion. It is a proposal metodological of global-local and local-global analysis.
