Abstract

The target of this paper is to identify the new dimensions of the interest of capitalism in the present phase of reorganization, with the aggregation of new territories and the diffusion of the technological innovation. It also presents the case of insertion of peripheral spaces in the third world where technological innovations are estabilished with the objetive of increasing the current of goods and also of creating new markets with external interests that do not take care of the necessities of local population.
